“ Believe me, there is no shortcut to master a language; it always has to do with your inspiration, endeavour and perseverance. “
I’m sure you have seen lots of interviews of successful people telling you the secret of success is “Practice! Practice! and Practice!” We all know this well known secret but just knowing is not enough. Let me tell you my true story of how I have succeeded in learning English.
At the beginning my English was terrible. Then one day I unexpectedly got a chance to learn English in an English school. At this time practice was really important. I made an effort to understand and practice. It took me almost a year to “re-engineer” my English. After I had developed a strong base in English, I tried to build an English environment by starting to think in English, reading news in English, watching movies to improve my pronunciation, and developing my writing skill.
In the third year of my learning, I automatically entered through the next level of English learners. My English learning journey has lasted three consecutive years. I have been through trial and error. Believe me, there is no shortcut to master a language; it always has to do with your inspiration, endeavour and perseverance.
