THE REFUND OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID

GUARANTEE
If the end of the period, the student has failed to reach the level of English specified in contract in accordance with the follwing.

1. THE METHOD

The structured learning method at Wall Street English is compossed of wto consecutive periods of study : assisted individual learning and classes with a teacher. The student is entitled to study all the time required with the method (unlimited within the opening times of the Center), for the duration of the course until the specified level of English is reached. For this guarantee to be valid the student must have studied an average of four or more hours a week during the course.

2. LEARNING ASSESMENT

The core course has a constant system of self-assessment (at the end of each lesson) and an objective learning assessment at the end of each level. A student is considered to have reached the specified level when s/he passes the appropriate Level Checkpoint. Given the fact that the assessment is objective, Wall Street English has the right to conduct appropriate legal action in the event that harmful intention is observed while this is carried out.

3. CLASSES AND EXTRA ACTIVITIES

In addition, Wall Street English offers the possibility of complementing specific aspects of learning by means of further classes at activities. These are entirely optional for the student, who may choose to attend such classes or activities on a weekly basis depending on availability. Such classes and activities shall not be counted as part of the total study progress.

4. APPLICATION OF THE GUARANTEE

Upon completion of the specified course, any student who has not passed the appropriate Level Checkpoint successfully shall receive a refund of the total amount paid. This will be effective seven days after the initial presentation of the original guarantee and proof of payment.
